James Warren Deau

James Warren Deau, 46, of Norway, aka Buford T. Pusser, thanks to Butch Hayes, left this racetrack on earth to go to a bigger and better racetrack in the sky on Tues. March 29, 2016. He was born on June 11, 1969 in Norway, to Roger and Norma Deau. Jimmy graduated from Norway High School in 1987, along with his oldest brother "Animal". At a young age he cherished the time that he spent with his Uncle Chubs, going to camp, fishing, and cutting wood. Since then he has always had a special love for the outdoors. Jim took a liking to cars and what made them run. He excelled in this passion with help and knowledge from his friend and icon "Killer" Kelly, with whom he learned from and worked with for many years. Even though he did not care to attend music lessons, music was a talent that Jimmy enjoyed. He was fortunate to pick a tune on occasion with his cousin "Shine" or to play Dueling Banjos with a family friend, Warren. Jim was an avid sports fan. He loved the Green Bay Packers, the Detroit Tigers, the Michigan Wolverines, and #24 Jeff Gordon. His greatest love was helping and supporting his son Ryan and Ryan's teammates. Jim was always willing to lend a helping hand . Jimmy's list of family and friends are as big as his heart and talents. Instead of saying he left us behind, we will say until the next race begins on Jimmy's new track, when the green flag drops, all the participants will be there. The line up starts with his son Ryan Deau in the pole position. After Ryan will be Jim's partner in life Marijane Tripp, her mother Bonnie Tripp, his very special aunt Sonja Steinbeck and her children Brenda "Bula" and David "Babboon", his brothers Scott (Michelle) Deau, Dan (Sally) Deau, Mike (Dorri) Deau, and Rusty (Tammy) Deau, Sister Cynthia (Ron) Arnold, a close nephew Joshua McMahon, and his parents Norma and Roger Deau. Jim also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. There will be no services at this time.
