Thomas George Gordon

Thomas G. Gordon IRON MOUNTAIN – Thomas George Gordon, 94, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2022, at Maryhill Manor in Niagara Wisconsin, after an illness of the last eight months. Tom was born on July 27, 1927, in Niagara, to the late Neil and Rosella (Pilon) Gordon, and was the loving husband of Charlotte Gordon. He enjoyed his family, the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Braves, hunting, fishing, gardening, playing cards, going to the casino, traveling and cooking. Over the years he worked at at the Niagara Paper Mill, the Dickinson Inn, and was a painter. Tom was a member of the Niagara High School Class of 1945. On April 19, 1952, he married the love of his life, the late Charlotte Pancheri, of Iron Mountain, at Immaculate Conception Church, and they enjoyed almost 62 years of marriage. Tom was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society. Along with his parents, and his wife Charlotte, Tom was preceded in death by his brothers Francis Gordon, Gerald Gordon, Terrence Gordon, Robert Gordon, and Daniel Gordon; and sister Theresa Berger. Tom was Dad to Tom (Cindy) Gordon, Dave Gordon and Lynn (Jerry) Kuchinski, all of Iron Mountain. He is Grandpa to Erick (Leigh) and Andrew Gordon, and Molly and Sam Kuchinski; and Great-Grandpa to Hannah Gordon. He was brother to sisters Kathleen Recla, and Roseline Meyers, all of who survive. He was Uncle Tom to numerous nieces and nephews, including a special nephew Ted Chapman. Memorial services, including the Mass of Christian burial will be held in the summer, on or about his birth day (July 27) and will be announced. Co-burial will be in Cemetery Park along with Charlotte. The family would like to thank his doctors, and the staff of Maryhill Manor who treated him with kindness, and respect.
