Quenten J. Ackerman

Quenten James “Q” Ackerman, 21, of Felch, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Quenten was born May 18, 2000 in Iron Mountain, the son of Shad and Lynn (Charlevoix) Ackerman. He graduated from North Dickinson High School in 2019. Quenten had been working as a welders helper/fuser for Miller Pipeline and loved his job. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and just being outdoors. Quenten was a people person and loved spending time with family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Quenten is survived by his parents, Shad and Lynn Ackerman of Felch; a brother, Ron Ackerman (Dalas) of Felch; his grandmother, Marilyn Charlevoix of Foster City; his grandparents, Don and Virginia Ackerman of Wyoming; his girlfriend, Emily Forstrom; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen M. Charlevoix, Sr. and an infant cousin, Bridget Ann Jauquet. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. Pastor Joe Basso will officiate. The family requests casual attire be worn. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his memory.
