Margaret M. Badini

Margaret M. Badini, 74, of Iron Mountain, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay. Margaret was born May 27, 1947, in Norway, MI, the daughter of the late Elmer and Maxine (Chamberlain) Beauchamp. She grew up in the area and graduated from Norway High School in 1966. Margaret was united in marriage to Edward Badini on February 24, 1968, at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church in Vulcan, MI. She started working as a nurse’s aide at age 15. Margaret worked for several area nursing homes, and her career spanned nearly 30 years until her retirement in 1991. Margaret radiated love and was sure to tell everyone how much she loved them. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and one of her favorite hobbies was sending out holiday cards throughout the year. She also had a passion for animals, and she adopted many cats and dogs throughout her life. Margaret’s memory will live on through her family and friends, including her husband, Edward; daughter, Debra; adopted daughter, Lory Ruleau; sister, Carol Ferfecki; and in-laws, Bob (Julie) Badini, Bill (Marge) Badini, and Peggy (Darrel) Smith. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family, all of whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sandra; brother, Robert Beauchamp; and brother-in-law Eugene Ferfecki. In accordance with her wishes, a graveside service will be held at a later date at Norway Township Cemetery.
