DonnaLee F. DeFiore, 65, of Norway, MI, peacefully passed away May 31, 2022, at ProMedica Center in Kingsford, MI., where she had been a resident/patient for approximately 1 year. Donna was employed for many years as a Walmart checker in Iron Mountain, MI. She was an awesome cook, having helped her parents in the catering business, and was especially fantastic at cooking her special Italian food. Donna had a passion for taking and collecting family pictures. She also had an amazing sense of humor and loved to pull pranks on those she loved. Donna loved music; she loved playing her guitar the most, along with other musical instruments, and she also loved to sing. Donna loved football and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Donna was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Norway for years. Most importantly, DonnaLee will be missed by many. Donna is preceded in death by both her parents, Frances and Donna Jeanette Rizzo DeFiore; two sisters, Cecilia DeFiore Kranz and Cathy DeFiore Mapps; a nephew, Eric Mapps, along with several family members. Donna is survived by her nephews, Jesse DiFiori and Gary Kranz; her nieces, Ashley Kranz and Serinity DiFiori; a brother-in-law, Fraiser Kranz; a cousin, Dorothy "Dot" (Durl) Bradley; and two very special friends, Susanne "Susie" Gedvick and Denise Nault. Visitation will be held 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 120 O'Dill Dr., in Norway, MI. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am at the church with a luncheon to follow. Pastor Jim Danielson will officiate. Donna's ashes will be laid to rest during a graveside service on Tuesday, June 28th in Iron Mountain Cemetery Park. Condolences to the family of DonnaLee F.
