Carson Gerald Batti

Carson Gerald Batti, 19, of Breitung Township, MI, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. Carson was born February 10, 2004, in Iron Mountain, MI, son of Jenee Anderson and Michael Batti. Carson was a fun loving, always happy, and gentle soul. Though he had only a few words, we always knew he loved us dearly by the several kisses and hugs he had to give out daily. He loved his school, and his favorite word was Bus. He loved his iPad and headphones more than anything else and watching all of his favorite cartoons daily. He will forever be remembered by his amazing laugh; it could make anyone smile. We know that he is in the loving arms of Jesus and having the time of his life up in Heaven. He has been made perfect, and he's probably talking up a storm. We loved our little buddy so so much. He will never ever be forgotten by anyone who ever met him. If anyone is interested in making a donation, we would be honored if it would be sent to Carson's classroom at the DIISD and his favorite teacher ever, Mr. Larry Benz; they could always use extra to help out other special needs children. He is survived by his mother, Jenee C. (Joe) Anderson of Breitung Township; his father, Michael J. (Kim) Batti of Kingsford; brothers, Ethan M. Batti and Kingston J. Batti; his step-sister, Kalli J. Granquist; grandparents, Brian and Vickie Anderson, James and LuAnne Batti, Gary and Sue Bosch, Dale (Kathy) Bergquist, Elaine VanDamme, Susan Miller, and Reen Korach, Sr.; great-grandparents, Donald and Roxanne Anderson, Althea Bosch and Geno Solda; aunts and uncles, Derek and Jackie Anderson, Chris and Ginger Moore, Jeff Moore, Brian Bosch, Brooke and Austin Driessen, and Reen, Jr. (Leanne) Korach; many cousins; two of Carson’s special “Mamas,” Samantha Pietrantonio Robertson and Ashley Cory; and special respite care, Lexann Thomas, and Carmel Olson. Visitation will be held 9:00 am - 11:00 am on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Redemption Hill Church in Kingsford with an 11:00 service to follow at the church. Pastor Alex Tunnicliff will officiate.
