Adris A. Davis

In Loving Memory of Adris “Red” Davis 1959 - 2026 “She always kept it real.” Adris A. Davis, 66, of Iron Mountain, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, at Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson, after a long battle with chronic illness. Adris was born October 27th, 1959, daughter of the late Edward and Maxine Malm. She is preceded in death by her brother, Howard Malm and survived by her daughter, Maryann Bricker of De Pere; her sister, Debra Mikolajczyk of Iron Mountain; her sister, Jean Mott of Norway; her sister-in-law, Marjorie Malm; dog, Precious; cat Tony; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She spent many years working as a clerk at the Kingsford Amoco station, where you would find her behind the counter helping customers, and manning the register. Adris was a proud and fearless woman that raised a family, despite having numerous obstacles standing in her way. Regardless, she was a generous person that, without judgement, always lent a helping hand to those in need. Adris loved animals, and had many pets throughout the years, including a legendary, 21 year old cat named Ninetoes. She also loved the outdoors, and you could often find her camping at Lake Emily, or fishing the many lakes in the area. Adris loved to cook for people, often gifting them her famous lasagna, to which only a few people know the recipe, as it was never written down. She loved to play card games, cribbage, Trivial Pursuit, and was a regular on the dart and pool leagues of Florence. Her other hobbies included crafting, crochet, cross stitch, and puzzles. She was an avid music lover with a wide variety of tastes, including everything from the Cars to Eminem, and in recent years even considered herself a Swiftie. In lieu of flowers, please send your condolences by donating, in memory, to the Almost Home Animal Shelter, or your local animal shelter. A celebration of life event will be planned at a later date.
